This passion led me to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Minneapolis with my then-girlfriend (now wife), Colleen. After culinary school, we moved to Las Vegas and worked for Wolfgang Puck in two of his fine dining restaurants at The Palazzo Hotel and Mandalay Bay, gaining invaluable experience in the world of fine dining. After returning home, I spent 15 years with Milwaukee’s Bartolotta Restaurant Group before transitioning to K12 foodservice. I started as the chef for Pewaukee Schools and soon became the Director of Dining, focusing on providing nutritious meals for students—a passion sparked as my own kids started school. Outside of work, I enjoy skateboarding, playing guitar and drums, spending time with my family, exercising, and exploring the outdoors with Colleen and our dog, Dale. "Food is medicine" remains a personal mantra of mine.
